Welcome to Deadfit! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Deadfit mobile application (the "Service") operated by Bapanov Timur (operating as 'Deadfit') ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Health & Medical Disclaimer

The Service is intended for fitness and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. You should consult a healthcare professional before beginning any new fitness program. You voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with fitness activities, even if caused in whole or part by the action or inaction of the Service.

2. User Content

All content you create within the app, including workout logs, progress, and other data ("User Content"), is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this User Content. You are solely responsible for maintaining and backing up your User Content.

3. License to Use

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The Service may include optional in-app purchases or subscriptions ("Purchases") that unlock additional features. All Purchases are managed and processed through the platform on which you downloaded the app (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

You are responsible for all charges associated with your Purchases. If you subscribe to a recurring plan, it will auto-renew unless you cancel it through your platform's subscription management settings.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• To decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the application.
• To copy or modify the application or any part thereof.
• For any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Bapanov Timur. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Age Limitation

Our Service is not directed to anyone under the age of 13. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Your User Content will remain on your device unless you choose to delete it.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, loss of data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.

11. Governing Law

The laws of Kyrgyzstan, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and your use of the Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service within the application.
